I'm Nancy, a product designer currently building travel at JPMorganChase. Previously, I worked at DISQO and IDEO U.

I’ve led end-to-end design across e-commerce and finance platforms, B2B SaaS products, and internal tools. I am drawn to work that creates positive impact at scale, and connects strategy and execution through design thinking.

My background as a producer informs how I lead design: collaborating closely with partners and translating complex problems into approachable frameworks. I address design holistically, aligning individual solutions with broader user flows, systems, and customer journeys.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, exploring cafes, and spending time with my sweet Pomeranian, Yuzu.
