Hello!

I'm Nancy, a Product Designer currently designing travel experiences at JPMorganChase. Previously, I worked at DISQO, a market research startup, and IDEO U, IDEO’s online learning platform.

My design background spans e-commerce, B2B platforms, and internal tools, with years prior producing educational videos, including creating design thinking courses at IDEO. Producing taught me to move complex projects forward, manage creative feedback, and distill big ideas into clear, visual stories.

I became a designer to solve people problems and create positive impact. I am drawn to projects that combine strategic thinking with open user feedback loops, and I thrive in collaborative, supportive environments.

My process

Outside of work, I love reading, traveling, over-caffeinating, and being dog mom to a sweet Pomeranian. I was born and raised in Colorado, spent 8 years in the bay area, and the last 6 in Jersey City / NYC area. My favorite NYC activities include: biking down the west side highway, eating hot pot + omakase, and trying new cafes.
